Vindhya Spinning Mills manufacturers high quality Cotton Yarns, both for domestic and export markets.

The Company was established in the year 1994 and is located at Malli Village, Srivilliputtur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, Near Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India.
Due to the enormous potential for sustained growth in the textile sector, Vindhya Spinning Mills was established as a cotton yarn spinning unit, and now has a working capacity of 39,888 spindles to manufacture 100% cotton single yarn.
This Unit is a Lakshmi Rieter project with machinary from Lakshmi Machine Works and Auto coner, from Murata Japan.

Founders
The Unit is promoted, with the blessings of Thiru AYYA NADAR, by Sri. Grahadurai, Sri, A.Vairaprakasam of the Ayyan Group of Industries in Sivakasi, along with Sri.S.Sankaralingam of Sundaravel group of Industries and Sri.D.C.B. Ashok of Coronation Group of companies. Vindhya Spinning Mills is operating under the able guidance of Managing Director, Thiru. V.A. Kodiswaran. The promoters are well known Industrialists of Sivakasi and have interest in diverse fields such as Fireworks, Safety Matches,Specialty Offset Printing, Transports, Major Match Chemicals, Paint and explosive grade pyrotechnic metal powders, etc. In fact the promoters, collectively enjoy a major share of the entire domestic demand of safety matches, aluminum powder, fireworks, etc.
